Viveka to Sankalpa · Leaders (Ages 16–18)

Leaders are young adults preparing to launch into college, work or a venture. The track is run like a studio. Each value becomes a real-world launch skill, and Leaders become junior facilitators who teach Sparks. They graduate with a Launch Portfolio: shipped projects, verified service, a character record and a Sankalpa for the next five years.

A self-paced journey through the 11 values of the Global Yuva Leadership Framework, with its roots in timeless ideas about character, purpose and service. Each value includes a story, hands-on studios, an AI Lab, a seva action, a family conversation and a checklist. Complete it to earn a Global Yuva certificate.
