Terms of Use

Effective October 6, 2026

These terms apply to globalyuva.org, our app and our courses, coaching and tools (“Global Yuva”), run by Global Yuva LLC. By creating an account or using Global Yuva you agree to them. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should read them with you; a child under 13 may use an account only if a parent or guardian creates it and consents.

Your account

• Give accurate information and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person per student account. Parents use their own parent account to follow a child’s progress.

Using Global Yuva well

• Be respectful to students, parents, mentors and staff.
• Do your own work. Essays and applications must be your own; our tools and mentors may guide you but will not write them for you.
• Do not misuse the site: no harassment, spam, attempts to break security, or sharing paid course content.

Information, not guarantees

Our content, tools, practice questions and coaching are for education and planning. They are for informational purposes only and are not legal, immigration, financial, medical or admissions advice. Practice results are not official test scores. Rules, fees and deadlines change; always confirm with official sources. We do not guarantee admission, scholarships, visas, test scores or jobs.

Courses, coaching and payments

• Prices are shown before you buy. Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Self-paced courses give you access for as long as the course is offered. Coaching subscriptions renew until you cancel; you can cancel any time from “Manage membership”, and the cancellation applies from the next billing period.
• If something is wrong with a purchase, contact us within 14 days and we will work with you on a fair solution, including a refund where appropriate.

Content

Global Yuva’s courses, framework names (including Viveka to Sankalpa™ and Sankalpa to Sarthakatva™), designs and materials belong to Global Yuva LLC. You may use them for your own learning. What you write remains yours; you allow us to store and display it to you, your linked parent and approved mentors so the service works.

Mentors

Mentors must pass our certification and safeguarding steps before working with students. Mentors are independent experts; report any concern to us immediately at gyuva2026@gmail.com.

Limits of liability

Global Yuva is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Global Yuva LLC is not liable for indirect losses, or for decisions you make using our information. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time (Student Track → Data and privacy). We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put students at risk.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will post changes here with a new effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA.
