What we keep, who can see it and how to delete it, in plain words. We never sell it, and there are no ads.

What we keep

Only what the tools you use need.

Your accountName, email, mobile number and password (stored encrypted). For students: grade, school, country, age group and a parent’s email.

Family HomeWhat you add: classes, schedules, activities and hours, goals, grades, awards, volunteer hours and college plans.

Learning progressScores, badges, streaks, course progress, quiz results and certificates.

Speech ClubWhen a student submits a speech: the recording, the script and a transcript, so a coach can give feedback.

PaymentsHandled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we keep what was bought, when and the amount.

What stays on your device

We never receive these.

AI Coding LabCode your child types and drawings they use to train an AI stay on your device. Only challenges solved count as progress.

Voice commandsYour browser turns speech into text. Global Yuva never receives or stores the audio.

Some toolsChoices in tools such as the study-abroad checklists stay in your own browser.

Children under 13

A parent decides first.

Parent firstWhen a parent adds a child under 13, we email the parent a notice and a consent link.

Nothing saved until you agreeUntil the parent confirms, nothing the child does is saved, and the child cannot use AI features or submit recordings.

Tidy by defaultUnconfirmed child accounts are deleted after 30 days. Accounts nobody uses for 24 months are deleted after a 30-day warning.

Who can see it

You stay in control.

Your familyParents linked to a child can see that child’s progress.

A teacher you chooseOnly if your child joins a class and the teacher approves. The teacher sees class activity (days active, sessions) and progress on the work they assign.

AI, only for the taskSome tools send just the text needed to Anthropic, our AI provider. It is not used to train AI models and is deleted within 30 days.

Never soldWe do not sell your information, and there are no ads.

Laws we follow. We designed these practices with children’s privacy laws in mind, including the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. The Privacy Policy explains your rights in detail.

Backups. Backup copies are kept for a limited time and then overwritten. Purchase records are kept as tax and accounting law requires.
