Confidence, Character & Leadership · Value 1 of 11
Mindset.
“I can’t choose everything that happens. I can choose my next helpful step.”
How the course works
Eleven values, one after another, from Mindset to Growth. Each one builds on the last.
Mindset comes first. Before choosing a goal, children practice how they think and choose: noticing feelings and guesses, picking a safe, honest, helpful step, and learning from what happens.
Grades 1–12, in five levels: Sparks (1–2), Explorers (3–4), Builders (5–6), Leaders 1.0 (7–8) and Leaders 2.0 (9–12). Same value, age-right stories.
A 7–8 minute interactive lesson per value: an animated story, a puzzle, choices with realistic results, a fresh situation, a final challenge and a personal mission. Then a 10-question check.
Students learn on their own or with a parent. Parents see progress in their Family Home. Teachers and mentors can use it with groups.
Every value needs 100% of its ten concepts before the next value opens. Missed ideas come back as fresh questions with explanations, as many times as needed. No timer, no rankings.
For parents
Ask one question after each lesson: “What would you try?” Celebrate the try, not just the result. If your child prefers not to share a real story, a made-up one counts. A perfect check shows understanding of the ideas. Everyday practice is what turns a value into a habit.
